We shall call her.........

Yes, it took us a while to decide on a name. We actually jetted out of the hospital without a name, and oh boy they were all over us like we had committed a crime for not naming our child! But all is well now. She will be known as Hadley Lynne. The middle name was the hardest thing to pick I really wanted something different for a middle name, but in the end it just looked like our little girl. Hadley had her pic's taken yesterday. My baby girl is a week old ALREADY! Wow. Here is a preview of little miss sis.

Hayden went to Hadley's one week appointment and the poor guy has his first ear infection. He is loving his little sis and likes to share his trucks. He is growing up so fast, he has officially started talking. Besides Mom, Dad and the beloved NO, CaRs has been added to his vocab with an occasional moRe.

My mother in law has been heaven sent along with my hubby! Two kids under two is a lot of work, something is always going on. But these little spirits are SO worth it.

She made it!

Little girl came early afternoon Monday after my water broke. Oh she is a feisty little doll and we love her. 7lbs 2oz 21 inches. Our Christmas miracle. Babies are just so special!

She is very much a daddy's girl. She will scream at mom and she goes to dad and hushes right up! Hayden is not quite sure what to think of baby sis but he is loving all the extra attention from Grandma and Stacey. As soon as she got home he showered her with trucks.

I know its a quick post but more to come!

Not yet

That's right the ticker to the side says today is the day! Little girl has not made an appearance, but I am having plenty of contractions. I go in on Tuesday to be induced if she doesn't work her magic by then. I have actually been feeling a lot better the last couple of days, compared to the misery I have been experiencing. In the mean time my mother in law and sister in law joined us and have been wonderful company the last few days. I am so excited to have them here for Christmas, yes I feel a little guilty taking them away from the rest of the family, but not bad enough to tell them to stay home! :)

Well wish me luck in the next few days and let me know if you have any suggestions to help me move into labor a little faster!

Maternity Photos

I decided to get some maternity photos this time around and well I pretty much got the whole family involved. Let me just say I was never really into the maternity photo thing before. You fill so ugly and huge pregnant, but this was SUCH a good experience. If you are in the Ohio area you need to go to Amy Suzanne photography. She was awesome, she made me feel so special and beautiful! Amy was also SO patience with my little guy who was not so cooperative in the cold. Another plus she gives a discount to students. Check out her blog and our pictures!

Ortho Residency

Well if you haven't heard yet, this family is headed to Ft. Lauderdale Florida in 6 months. I have to admit I am so excited to be living in a vacation spot for a few years, but also a little nervous. First thought.... "sweet I get to kick it with gators all the time!" second thought.... " would if a gator tries to eat my kid!" I know I am weird. Daniel really loved the people in the program and we got a chance to visit a ward down there, very nice people. Dan will be one of only two boys in his program! But we are so grateful to our Heavenly Father to give our family the opportunity to fulfill Daniel's career goals. I know Heavenly Father has a plan for us and everything he does is for a reason, even though we may never know why. I will soon be starting my own career goal of beach bum with two kids, wish me luck!

P.S. Palm trees love visitors!

Looks like we are on the move....

We found out today that Daniel got accepted into Orthodontic school! Yippee for Dan, I am so proud of him. He always works so hard at his goals. So now we know where we are moving to, which state anyway. But you have to call one of us to find out. I will give you one clue, we ARE moving.
