My Little Smokes passed away last week. I was so sad to see this little guy go but I am very glad I knew it was coming. He has been my little buddy since I can remember. He was such a a cutie! Dad made a little grave for him with a marker and everything in the back yard near the pond, so I can come and visit him. I think all of my family will miss smokes, even Dan, who we wouldn't call an "animal lover."

It is the saddest when our pets die! I'm SO sorry! After my dog died (a couple years ago) I made my Dan tell me all the people he was friends with in heaven! So silly, I know, but it made me feel better knowing that he was loved there. Then someone gave us this book called "dog heaven" and I read it and just cried and cried... I'm so sorry about your cat!!!!!
We all miss smokes! Mike told me that he has his chunk back and he is really happy with Tigs and Buffy. He was the best cat. I remember he would always catch me and mike making out in the car. He kept us on track :) Love ya Smokes!!
