Okay, so I am finally in the mood to post. I had a horrible trip home (flying with the flu) and my attitude is just getting back to normal (yes, I enjoy being lazy and not doing anything around the house bored out of my mind!)
Anyway, the Holidays were such a blast. We had so much time that we weren't freaking out about what time we had to be as so and so's house so we would be able to make our next stop on time. Just nice relaxing fun. AAAAAAAAaaaahhhh. We stayed at my in-laws house, and had the pleasure of Jason's family joining us. His girls are so cute. Almost every morning you would hear them outside our bedroom, "Wake up Daniel, wake up. I want some cereal." Not to mention the girls loved Hayden. The last couple days they figured out they could tease him and steal his binky, oh was that hilarious. But I have a feeling that lily the youngest is going to be the mischevious of all, that little cutie! I totally found my 2nd true love, the Wii. yeah I spent the entire day smothering Stacey and Dan at darts and even won Stac on some triva. Maybe I need to start writting Santa Clause again, to get one at my house :)
Back at my parents house we ate, ate, ate and I even think we ate more! Oh thank goodness I got the flu to take away all those extra holiday pounds! All of the girls had a couple craft nights (Lori the BUM decided to skip out on us!) Thanks Jam, for getting everything all ready for us. I am going to have some sweet Christmas decorations next year, that I will decorate keen's house with because I left them there! We had an awesome tubbing experience where I popped a tube ALL BY MYSELF! I blame it on the holiday pounds :) and I totally white washed Jam on the ground in front of the whole world, wow I got her good! EJ you watch out next time I am bringing my snowball maker! Keen gave Jam and I a "real" work out with the "P90X workout system" now say it again real slow and with a deep voice, "P90X workout system" lets just say that Tony the instructor will be recieving hate mail from my buns and thighs for the next month and a half! Then there was hot chocolate at the Willard lights where Lori almost puked in the car. And who could forget New Years Eve. My favorite Holiday. We partied with amazing food all night long! Mike full filled my dreams when he whooped out his gutar. SO SO SO much fun. Dan finally had to beg for me to go home and hit the sack.
It was just a blast the whole time. But there is always draw backs from being away from home. Like Hayden not sleeping threw the night, and pooping on all of poor lily's things! Or waking up with a huge knot in your back every morning, and not drinking out of the milk jug. But now things are back to normal. Hayden is back to being a sweet boy and sleeping 7-10 hours at night, and I can now walk normal (no thanks to Tony!) I miss all my family and hope to kick it with them again soon! Love you Mom!
Yeah, my mom has a "little" addiction to gambling. Lets just say this wasn't the first time she played this game!
The bowling alley where I contracted the FLU!
New Years Day (7 years to date of our first kiss!)
Mom and Dad bored out of their minds watching the girls sing!
A little bit of karaoke
Corbin was just the cutiest thing to Hayden. You would walk in the room and find Corbin cuddling on the floor with Hayden. But I don't know what I am going to do when my boy gets as big as Corbin, SO MUCH ENERGY!
One of the many "sleepover" parties that Ellie and Abbi threw.
More snuggles.
My crippled Dad who just had knee surgery AGAIN!
Jam getting ready to punch Tony, while Colleen comes behind with a karate chop.
Funest thing about being home, playing games until the wee morning hours!
Haydens Christmas P.J.'s while Ellie is playing doctor on him.
Opening presents Christmas morning (Me and Hades totally scored!)
Getting ready to watch the most anticipated show of the season!
You guessed it.... California Raisins Christmas Claymation. Also with the Easter and Halloween additions!
Tea Party with the girls. Yes, my son is a the underwritter for Java the hut!

Things have really picked up around our house. Grandpa passed away last week and Lori and I decided he deserved to have all of his grand kids together. So Lori, Jen, Dan, Hades and I drove the 26 hours home (straight) to be there for his funeral. Grandpa was such a special person. I know people always have good stuff to say about a family member that passes, but Grandpa was different. He was SUPER special. I really loved Grandpa, he had such a quiet, relaxed personality. But would totally throw you off guard with a joke here and there. He was the kinda person that helped you better yourself with out telling you how to do it. He was just so awesome. It was bitter sweet for everyone. God has taken him in his arms and reunited him with his true love. I pray that I can lead a life that will make Grandpa proud. It was so worth going to spend those few moments with his spirit. Unfortunately Travis and I had a switch up with cameras so we didn't have our camera most of the trip.
On another note. It was SO fun being at home. Colleen helped me put together my first rag quilt. Cindy made some wonderful prime rib and I got to spend Thanksgiving with my family! But on the way back the weather had made the roads so bad that it took us about 32 hours to get home. Thanks to Lori and Jen in the backseat for entertaining Hayders! When we got back my wonderful neighbor helped me make Hayden's blessing outfit. I could not have done it without her! Thanks Liz! This is the first outfit I have put together and I am very proud of it. So here is a preview of the big day! But I am low on pictures so the rest are just some random ones.

Twilight
Mom: Hayden, would you like to go see Twilight tonight?
Hayden: Hello! Of course mom!
Mom: Okay, little man, lets go to the movies!
Later that night...
Mom: So Hayden what did you think of the show?
Yes, we enjoyed it! You must go see it for yourself and decide whether or not you are in love like Haders.
Just one more of my cutie, in his super cute outfit his Aunt Christa sent him!

Weekend with mom
So Mom decided to make a emergency trip to visit her girls! Oh wow was it fun! She spolied us rotten and I got to finally see where Lori has been living! It was so great to have her out. I am still not used to this being home so much, and I get kinda lonely. But mom cheered me right up!
Can you believe how much we look like each other. I think I beat out all my sister when it comes to looking like my mom! (thanks mom for my big snowzer! hehe)
Hayden got tons of snuggles in. We would go wake up Grandma every morning to share our loves!
Haders showing off his cowboy boots Grandma got him!
Hayders showing off how well he is getting at standing and posing for the camera. As you can tell he is more into the serious modeling, none of that silly smiling kind.
My BOYS! Oh, I love them both!
Well you can't get Grandma and Hayders smiling at the same time! Gotta take what you can get!
Aunt Lori and our girls night out which Hayders got a private invitation to!
The girls, plus Jen. We had a blast. But Holly forgot her SD card for the camera so Lori you better send over all your pictures!
Lori's new getup. Very spacious. She even kicked a roommate out for the week so HAydes and I could have own room, and Lori and Jen slept on the floor. What awesome host!
Hades will smile all day for Dad! Oh it makes me so jealous!

Yep, more of Haders! I can't believe how old my little guy is getting. He can sit up all by himself (just can't balance himself yet:) ) I have started putting shoes on Hayden just to keep his socks on because he loves to kick ALL the time.
Like Father, like Son. He gets so excited when he gets to be on the big boy bed with Dad.
So hard to get a smile on camera, but he is getting better everyday with his smiles and coo's! Mom LOVES IT!
Question: Are those cheeks edible?
Answer: You can try but I have a mean right hook!
Worst time of the day, Hayden hates tummy time! I think all his chubbs are holding him down :)

Flowers
Last week Dan surprised me with these flowers! Oh, I love flowers. It was totally out of the blue, and I love surprises. Dan I love you! I think a lot of the time I get caught up in my own life keeping busy, it just makes me feel so good when I can stop for a minute and realize how wonderful life is! I seriously have a great Hubby, what kinda guy lets his wife bug the crap out of him when she has nothing better to? He puts up with a lot, especially all the drama:) I think Hayden would agree that he is a great Dad! He works so hard at school and he is focused on what he wants. Best of all he still makes me smile! Thanks Babe, love YA!
